Found in the house of Ford's brother James T. Lucas, is a two-by-four signed by James February 3, 1941. It also mentions James (age 39) and his son Jim (age 14) "his first born child". Written are his wise words on WWII:
"A Year of great uncertainty, of war, of famine and of social strife throughout the world."
